Vertical Hold

This place is perfect for any level. They were so nice and accommodating for our family with a five and three year old. They had an absolute blast and there were plenty of walls for them to try out and no waiting. Such a wonderful experience for the whole family! Thank you vertical hold for a great experience :)

Alex and Colin provided outstanding assistance in setting up my membership and ensuring I had all the tools and resources needed for climbing. Additionally, a female staff member went out of her way to help me with my Groupon, making the entire process seamless and efficient. Their professionalism, knowledge, and exceptional customer service truly stood out. I believe their hard work and dedication deserves recognition, and they would be well-deserving of a raise!

10/10 would definitely come back. My friends and I all are new to climbing, Alana made our 1st experience such a positive one! She was super friendly, trained us well, and made it fun. There are so many courses to choose from for different levels of expertise! It was also a Saturday and not overly crowded so we were able to do pretty much whatever we wanted.

Great place I'm there every Friday evening even the easy ones are a challenge when you first get started but it get easier. I am always looking forward to going back and pushing myself again an again.

This place deserves all the stars! I've been to a few different climbing gyms, but this one is by far the best. Not once have I had a negative experience with the staff or the members. The community is so amazing and inclusive, and it's the best, most supportive climbing environment there is!
