a year agoThis was a fun event to walk around! It took us about 2 hours in total to peruse and enjoy lunch. There are a lot of places to sit, so if you want to catch up with someone this is a perfect place to do it. I especially loved that they had a vegan food truck because you don't always see that at festivals like that!

a year agoPulling in was so easy to park, there were plenty of park rangers actually guiding traffic. And when you pull in, there's a rope to align the cars so some people don't pull in all crooked and mess it all up. As soon as we entered there was no line, and they had a good setup for e pay, cash and credit to be each in a separate line. There was a beautiful display of flowers and a spot where you could sit and take pictures. There were plenty of bathrooms. There were SO MANY possibilities of directions to go, I think a popular phrase while we were there was "did we go here?" echoing from many people, haha! There were so many cool setups and things that would reel you in. The food truck braised in the cle was delicious! They even had different food options for you to choose from even including a vegan food truck. There were tables to sit at with ample space and wasn't overcrowded. There was a playground close by and pony rides for kids. This was our first time at this show and the area in general so thumbs up you guys did a great job. One thing I'd just be careful with is who you get your food from because we saw one vendor pick his nose while outside of his food truck and another while working in the kettle corn tent actually put his finger in his ear. Obviously people won't always notice these things, but nobody handling food should ever be doing either. So always just be mindful of who is serving you. But to anyone who's wants to go sometime to this event I definitely recommend! Even if you don't find something for yourself there's plenty within a reasonable price that you can atleast buy for a gift.

a year agoVery upset that the shuttle service that gave me a ride to the entrance refused to provide to myself or others a ride back to my very distant parking lot. Some of us have disabilities and others had huge purchases and had to walk the very long distance back to our cars. I will skip this next year. Not worth the pain!!

a year agoGreat festival, beautiful crafts and great variety of food. My only suggestion would be to number the booths and provide a map also provide benches or chairs throughout the festival to rest for a moment.

6 years agoWe had the most beautiful weather for attending this festival. It was great to see and pet the animals. Loved the border collie, the baby pigs and lambs, and the friendliest horse!! The craft booths had so much to choose from.
