We just had a birthday party at this venue, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, it was an incredibly smooth experience. We actually got to relax and enjoy the party, knowing that the party hosts were handling everything for us. Alyssa, in particular, was absolutely amazing—she took care of every detail and made sure our needs were met without us even having to ask. What stood out the most was how safe and comfortable the venue felt. It’s fully private, so we didn’t have to worry about any interruptions or strangers around. It was the most secure and relaxed environment we’ve ever had for a party. Plus, the venue has something for every age group, which kept all the kids and even the adults entertained the whole time. Whether you’re planning for little ones or a more grown-up crowd, this place has it covered. Highly recommend!

We recently celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday at Wacky Kidz, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! The owner and her daughter provided amazing customer service from start to finish. The place is completely private, which made it even more special. The kids had an absolute blast playing all the video games, jumping on the bounce house, and enjoying the awesome glow-in-the-dark effects. The facility was spotless, with separate bathrooms for girls and men, which was a thoughtful touch. The owners went above and beyond, helping us set up and even serving our guests. It was such a stress-free and fun experience for everyone. If you're looking for a private place to throw a party, I highly recommend Wacky Kidz! 10/10!

Overall one of the BEST birthday moments we have had for our kids! These ladies offered so much help with planning and setting up our daughters birthday..we had a BLAST! They host it all..decorate for you so you can greet your guests and enjoy your party..cut our cake and also announced our food serving..did I mention affordable and private! Plus the unlimited games and cute neon glow was a very big perk added on..Thank you gals for giving my family a great memory

We rarely write reviews unless we’re exceptionally satisfied. Today, we celebrated our daughter’s 6th birthday at this exceptional play place in San Antonio. While there are many play areas in the city, this one stands out for its wonderful venue and staff. Estella, Alyssia, and her husband were incredibly helpful and attentive. The venue is thoughtfully designed with various equipment to cater to people of all ages, from toddlers to adults. Highly recommended.

We had an Excellent Experience hosting a party at Wacky Kidz!!! There was something for all ages, everyone had a blast! The hosts were amazing to work with, especially with the set up and constantly made sure everything flowed seamlessly! Highly recommend this venue!!
