a year agoA great playground for toddlers to tweens. There is an array of play structures, activities, and a more hands-on area for building with branches and logs. There is plenty of parking during the week, but the park and trails get busy on the weekend. If the pool is open, there are bathrooms open as well. The trails are accommodating to strollers, for the most part. There are lots of picnic tables, and there are lots of dog walkers on the weekend. An all around fun park for the whole family.

3 months agoVery nice park for kids. The structures are sturdy and can cater to a wide range of age groups. Plus there is a cute little tree house close by. And there are plenty of trails of kids want to ride a bike or scooter. Only thing is there is a dog park near by and lot of people have dogs not on leash which can scare some kids.

a year agoThey did a great job renovating this park to make it family friendly and for kids of all ages and abilities. My 1.5 yo and 4.5 yo loved the different areas of this park- from the tall playscape to the low treehouse, and from the swing set to the natural balance beams/stepping logs. There are lots of fidgety type things for the littles, rope and climbing structures for the olders, and slides and sound makers for any age. Everything seems to be well made, lots of picnic tables, trees for shade everywhere. What makes this place even better is the wooded trail system (see my other review for the trails) around it with a beautiful clear river, and a paved path for biking or scooters etc. and of course the pool in the summers and sports fields. It's definitely worth a visit more than once!

3 years agoOn your way in you drive two minutes into nature. You’ll see a basketball field, they have bathrooms. (old but clean which works for me) There’s an abundance of parking spots. Picnic tables and the majority of the playground in the SHADE, this people to me is crucial in this heat. The swings didn’t get hot. There’s a swing that adult and baby can swing on. (Plus it doesn’t creak lol) Personally I feel babies even had mini ropes to climb on, my 3year old felt VERY cool. It has a HUGE slide, the kind you see at amusement parks, but your kid can’t fall out. They’ve made everything very safe.
