9 months agoWe hiked down from Samson Park to the falls. The trail could use some maintenance, but it was a fun steep hike. The vistas are pretty, and while steep, the hike was enjoyed by my wife and I. Regrettably, there are a few spots that people have left a good bit of litter. It could use a bit of TLC along the trails.

a month agoWife likes waterfalls, and maps sez this is the closest. Not easy to find, even with GPS, but pretty disappointing. Lotsa grass, couple picnic tables, a parking spot for disabled, and a view of a waterfall a mile away...that's just a lake runoff about 3 ft high. After a 1/2 mile trek, too. Still, the grassy area was nice.
