2 weeks agoWe LOVE Rock the Spectrum!! We had our 3 year old son's birthday there. He's a huge sensory kiddo and loves to climb all the things. We've been there a few times over the years and we have a blast every time. The staff are beyond wonderful and were such a big help with planning on when to have the party. I highly recommend getting the balloon add on for the trampoline. It was a huge it. The place and toys are always clean and lot of options for younger kids. The only think that I would maybe like to see in the future is an option to extend the time in the birthday package. Maybe an option to add on an extra half an hour or hour. The kids were having a great time and it felt a little rush with really only getting around 45 min to 1 hour of actual playtime.

7 months agoThis is such a great concept for kids! I wish we had more play gyms like this for kids. This is located near the Walmart on 60 and sits at the end of a strip. Pros: They had a lot of things for the kids to do to get their energy out. Staff were very kind and helpful. Cons: Place is small and can get crowded very fast. Some of toys were old and were thrown everywhere, of course expected by children but it made the play area very messy and hard to maneuver around. It was okay overall but it was just smaller and space was a bit tight for everything. Parents didn’t really watch their kids so they would be stealing toys from other kids and it wasn’t really a friendly place for my child. A lot of parents were there to socialize with other parents so they didn’t watch their kid so that posed a danger to their children and every one else’s.

3 months agoWe had a birthday party here, and it was fantastic. The owner is so friendly and helpful. You can tell she really cares for children and her company. She even helped set up our banner. They keep the place very clean and did the clean-up as part of our package. The kids all had a fun time! Thank you for making our son’s birthday enjoyable! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun birthday spot!

a month agoGreat indoor place to take kids. I have a 4yo that loves going there and calls it 'the colored button place'. My 1yo enjoys the small area full of toys and is always watching big brother on the trampoline. I plan to keep bringing them over as much as I can.

9 months agoThe only thing great about this place and positive that I can say is their philosophy, and the young lady who helped us at the Desk with the two service dogs. She was phenomenal. She was patient. She was very kind and understanding due to the technology outage that happened the day before. But when it comes to the facility, I’ve been to the Orlando location and this one is way too small to have everything it has in there when more and more guest come in. My child was hit several times because the swings and other hanging objects for kids to play on are too close together which poses a hazard. There were way too many people to have one person working and because of the outage with technology the day before she was having to do everything manually so she never had an opportunity to observe the floor because of the amount of people coming in and then later having to clean up vomit. She wasn’t even able to observe the floor, and there were other kids who were very rough and destructive these kids were running around wild and you could tell that the parents weren’t even paying attention but the simple fact that like a group of autism moms came to experience this and show the other moms this place I was truly embarrassed because this was not the business, I thought I was coming to. This was my first time at the Brandon location, but it was a disaster. There was a dad who was super aggressive with his kids and his tone and his demeanor, and then on top of that with other kids, but when his daughter threw up in there all over the place. I felt that the young lady who worked there should have informed them should leave and go get her checked out or make sure she’s okay and clean her up. But instead after the attendant cleaned up the mess, he then told her to get up and go play which bothered me because his child then proceeded to touch and play with everything else in there, the way he addressed his kids and everything about it put a lot of people on edge and really bothered us as we played with our children. But I would honestly say this location should look at at least having someone who could supervise the floor to assist, especially when there’s so many people, and there was so many kids. There was barely any walking room, especially where it would be for the little kids to play and I was afraid that my one year-old would get trampled because of how many adults and how many kids were shoved in a corner trying to get to things, but this facility has potential. Their current location is way too small to have a large group in there let alone a bunch of kids and adults. There’s just no breathing room and we were sweating like slaves in there and I was overwhelmed. Also the water fountain didn’t work at all for anyone. So at the end of the day, I was embarrassed because we bragged about this place only because we had already been to the Orlando location. The water fountain didn’t work for any of us adult or children. We were sweating like we were running a marathon and then it just didn’t seem organized put together or having the supervision of somebody who could guide and inform people this is how this work or wait your turn(this part because it should’ve been addressed at the parents that came in and just sat down on the small bench and we’re in their cell phones the entire time not paying attention to their children.) because there were some children who needed assistance with playing and getting on things and looking for strangers to help or refusing to let others try. But like I said, when we first got there it was maybe four other adult/kids. My kids were having a great time up until the crowd/more people showed up and space became limited. But I absolutely love rock the spectrum and I love everything that the business is for what they’re doing for our kids who need just a little bit extra love and acceptance, but this location unless things were to move around or get bigger I will stick to the Orlando location(huge play areas and has sensory room)and occasionally check out the other ones for the experience.
