4 years agoDecent selection of marine merchandise… Not the cheapest place in the world but very high-quality. They were giving out free COVID facemasks which I appreciated… My only real surprise was the employee interaction (or lack of), the employees didn’t acknowledge when I entered or when I left the store.

10 months agoWest Marine is way past their prime, 20 years ago they were awesome. Its 2024 and i cant stand them. They are the next sears. I hate using their website, It's terrible and so does their prices. They need to improve there Web experience big time or they are doomed. I won't buy from them again. There is way better options out there. Good luck if you shop at westmarine. I'm done.

a year agoAlways very friendly and helpful when my husband and I go in the store. We live a considerable distance away and have called before we have driven there. They are very pleasant on the phone and knowledgeable about what they sell. Other marine stores locally make you feel like you’re putting them out if you ask them to check stock but not West Marine. They have always been more than happy to check for us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs marine products.
