Wheel Fun Rentals | Lake Nokomis

BEST time ever! We went to Nakomis to have an end of the year gathering and to try out the Swan boats. Most have never been in a paddle boat before. It was so fun to see all the smiles and hear the laughter as they paddled around the lake! The staff was so friendly and helpful to everyone. This was the best time ever and we will be coming back again. The next time they asked if we could do a night ride with the lights glowing on the swans. You're never to old to try something new! Came here around 12:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. Booth was closed and no one answered the phone. Phone lines and website clearly state that they would be open today. Wished that the place would be more transparent regarding when they will not be here / open. Had guests fly out from Georgia excited to rent from this place only for them to be closed. Horrible customer service.

Loved this place until I came down three days in a row and was turned down rental of a kayak because there were "white caps" I was also told that the wind speeds were at 20 mph, when I checked AccuWeather the weather app they said they use it showed wind speeds of 7 to 10

We were excited to rent a light up swan boat on a summer night! After paying and getting on the boat we were disappointed that the boats didn’t light up that night because they hadn’t been charged. We were more disappointed when we got out on the lake though—our rudder didn’t work and we struggled to pedal back to the dock.

A joke. Took down our name to call us when we could get on a swan as their was a waitlist - waited 45 minutes until 9PM. Asked them if we were going to be able to go out tonight, they said no sorry. 45 minutes wasted and they didn’t even give us a heads up there wouldn’t be a peddle boat for us. Even asked them at 8:30 when they stop sending people out, they told us 9:30. Horrible experience
