• • Private Event food: Guests are welcome to bring their own food for no additional fees, limited to 3 platters or pre-approved.
• • A $100 cleanup fee will be charged for 4-7 unapproved platters, and $200 for 8 or more platters.
• • Guests are welcome to bring their own frosted cake or cupcakes; Whirlygig can also arrange for a cake.

🛡️Safety Policy

• • Adults are responsible for their child(ren) at all times.
• • Parents of toddlers attending classes must remain on premises.
• • Staff is onsite in play areas to assist, but parents should also be available to their child.
• • A responsible adult must accompany each child (under 18) and sign a waiver. No exceptions.
• • Whirlygig reserves the right to refuse entry if a waiver is not signed.
• • Children may be dropped off at private parties if a waiver is signed and the host parent assumes responsibility for the child. Photo ID must be shown for pickup.
• • Sick children must be kept home. Whirlygig reserves the right to send a child home to get well.
• • Playspaces and toys are cleaned between every event.
• • Hand sanitizer is provided, and hand washing before eating is encouraged.
• • Whirlygig is a shoe-off facility; non-slip socks or bare feet are required for child's health. Non-slip socks are for sale, and shoe covers are available for disabled guests or those with trouble removing shoes.
• • Whirlygig is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Unclaimed items are periodically donated.
• • Photos may be taken by parents or Whirlygig staff. Guests wishing to exclude their child from photographs should inform staff upon check-in.

📅Booking Policy

• • Private parties require a signed contract and a $250 non-refundable deposit to hold the date.
• • Party inquiries are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• • Host families must arrive 15 minutes prior to their event for load-in and are allotted 15 minutes after for load-out.
• • Final headcount for private parties is needed 1 week before the event; billing will be based on actual attendees (exceptions for pre-planned items like gift bags).
• • Private Open Play sessions must be booked by email.
• • Advance booking is highly recommended for Open Play to ensure availability due to capacity limits.
• • Prior signup is required for classes (can call to test one out or come to one).
