a week agoWe had a great stay the past few days. Plenty of stuff to do with the kids. Service and staff was great. Rooms were clean, food was ok but we ate out. Only recommendations are bring toiletries( because the tp was like 40 grit sand paper) lol. Overall a great family getaway.

2 weeks agoEverything about this place was wonderful! Although the games were a little pricey.. Food good, clean rooms, and restrooms, everything was well taken care of and close to room, the staff stayed on top of things making sure everything was safe and well taken care of! Enjoyed, just as much as my kids did!! Directions are a little confusing in hotel so I recommend a map for when you start!

2 weeks agoI always visited here some changes made were very good such as the rooms they were clean and shower out of this world. Check in was not as smooth as it’s been in the past and the workers were not as friendly as i had grown accustomed to. My daughter purchased two frozen yogurts and was asked if she had paid for it in which she responded yes and then was asked are you sure to which she responded yes and then the waiter took it up a level and questioned her coworker if my daughter had paid in which she replied yes so that’s was it for me. We are staying an extra day but we managed to find my family another resort. Riverstone condo. I stayed at the Stonehill side .

a month agoCheck-in was easy. After checking in, i got a text opening a conversation taht answered any questions througout our stay. It made the whole experience MUCH better. I had a few questions, and I didn't have to hunt down an employee to get an answer. The murphy bed room was excellent. Two adults and three pre-teens fit perfectly. We didn't try any food because it didn't look good. I would not plan to eat there when we come back. The indoor water park was excellent. Everything was open and functioning. Water was a good temperature. You can use the water park starting at noon on the day of arrival until closing on your day of departure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Being able to use the wristband to pay for drinks, arcade, and shopping was convenient. Remember your ID if you want a beer; they ID everyone. Overall, it's awesome and we can't wait to come back.

a week agoOur family, my wife, and four children ages 11 to 22 months. We stayed here for our spring break. It was a very good experience. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was nice to have the waterpark Especially on bad weather days. We stayed during the middle of the week so it wasn’t that crowded. They do inquire about the timeshare portion of their hotels, but they weren’t very pushy. We would definitely go back
