Visited and it was the best experience ever to see those beautiful big cats close. To see the love and care they have for the animals. Amazing experience can't wait to go back. Animals are fed and well taken care of. The couple that does the tour very sweet and sociable. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the great job. Thanks for sharing your precious babies with us.

This sanctuary is a nice loving home to these creatures in need. Staff was knowledgeable about the animals history but didn’t talk as much about the specie itself unless you asked. This sanctuary is basically in the middle of nowhere so if you plan on doing something afterwords I definitely don’t think it’s going to be in this area. There aren’t many stores or quaint little shops… So your best bet is driving to Tampa or Saint Pete. Also when you drive-in you’ll see a gate on the right with a sign that’s their’s but you’ll want to enter through the second gate on the right. The tour will take two hours and takes you through A lemur exhibit, panther, Monkey, lion, pig, turtle and ostrich exhibit. They also give you a nice little free gift at the end of the tour which is a Your choice of a picture of one of the animals laminated. I just wish that the staff was a bit more presentable when working… (There wasn’t a streamlined uniform )As well as sometimes our tour guide would just say two or three small things about the animal and just wait. They do take photos with your camera if you want a close up photo of the animal

It was such a hot day today. I am from NY and my friends suggested going to Rainbow Springs. I was nervous because of gator warnings, but it was clean, beautiful and refreshing. The water is so clear that you can see the bottom which is 10 feet below. The water is always a steady 72° because it is spring fed. Very nice on a hot day. We swam with noodles because you can't touch bottom and will get tired eventually. I LOVED it there. It's so beautiful and there is a gift shop, an area to change, restrooms and trails to walk on all for $2 per person. Have fun!!

It was pretty good, my friend and I went with a groupon. They limit each tour to around 20 people. I didn't hear or see anything about requiring masks but the group stayed fairly distanced from exhibit to exhibit. The leopard was the best. It was too cold to see the tortoises because they were in their burrows. The emus were friendly. The pot-bellied pig was somewhat friendly and free roaming but small.

The variety of big cats are excellently cared for in large habitats in pairs. The walking tour is leisurely with time to take pictures or sit on a bench. There are lemur, tortoises, tigers, panthers and more. The tour guide is interesting & will take close up pictures on your camera. A great experience!
