Beautiful park set on the edge of the river. From there, you can watch the boats float by and the sunrise ripple on the water. The place is quiet in the early morning with just a few joggers and walkers. A nice stretch of riverwalk lets you stroll for quite a while, and the whole area is pretty clean and cared for. If you go further north/east along the water, you can find some beautiful murals. All in all, sunrise there was one of my favorite parts of a day in New Orleans.

This was a nice park. I didn't see much of the park itself because I was attending the French Quarter Festival. The waterfront view of the park was really nice as well as being able to take a stroll in the boardwalk. If you're waking a dog or just out for a leisurely stroll this would be a great place to get away and enjoy. If you're visiting the area and need a break from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street this could be a great opportunity to take the trolley or even take a walk and get a little peace and relaxation with a view of the ships and other scenery.

The place is okay but not really much to do. There's a nice long Riverwalk path for you to go down. Starts from the French market and takes you through the park and all the way to the aquarium and the outlet. The bridge lights up at night but other than that, I don't think there's much going on
