Wolf River Greenway - Epping Way

Great for what it is. Lots of land repurposed specifically for wildlife. Very nice fishing lake. Short paved trails and a much longer "cross country-esque" trail toward the back end of the lake, more on the way. Personally seen ducks, herons, turkeys, and other birds without actually looking for them. Signs of Epping Way's past can be seen, such as this highly creepy swing set.

It's great there and they had a BBQ pit at the table .

Nice new picnic tables. New benches around the lake. Bridges going over the water. Some of the trails are paved. Perfect for walking, running, or biking. It's not completed and I have no idea when it will be. Hopefully soon! I'd love to go biking there regularly when the rest of it is paved. ☺️

Richard Sanders and helper said they'd be here between 12-5. Richard called beforehand and showed up at 12noon sharp. Explained everything to me, got to work like a pro, showed me what he'd done, cleaned up, offered future services. Absolutely fantastic job. Y'all have got a good man in Richard.
