• • No food, cake, or drinks (other than water) allowed in the Exhibit or Activity Center.
• • Food and drinks allowed only in rented private rooms.
• • Private room food/drinks must be removed at the conclusion of the event; not allowed on museum or activity floor. $100 deposit forfeited if taken outside the room.
• • Drinks allowed in private rooms: Water, juice, coffee, soft drinks (metal or plastic ice chest permitted, no styrofoam/leaking).
• • No alcohol allowed (deposit forfeited, party asked to leave).
• • No glass bottles allowed.
• • All food brought to private rooms must be commercially prepared (e.g., pizza, sandwiches).

📅Booking Policy

• • Private party rooms are booked for a maximum of 2 hours, which includes set-up and cleaning time (no early or late room time).
• • A party host is not included; one can be provided for an additional $100.00 fee.
• • No music is allowed to be played in the party room.
• • No third-party vendors are allowed for insurance reasons.
• • Field trips require emailing info@wonderofdinosaurs.com for booking (minimum 20 children, weekdays 10 am - 1 pm).
• • At least one parent or guardian for each child must be included on the guest list, paid for by the party host, and accompany their child to the party (no drop-offs).
