8 months agoI went around 7pm on a weekend, and there was a surprising amount of people in the parking lot. The nature center bad already closed but the trail was still open. This trail has a paved and unpaved portion. There's tons of nature and wildlife, I saw countless squirrels, chipmunks, ducks, etc. I also saw a little vole thing? I'm not sure, but it was cute! This trail is really peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend coming here. I'll definitely be back.

2 weeks agoAbsolutely amazing. With an outdoor playground and great trails. You can make as long or short as you'd like. You can cut across the lake for 1 and 1/2 mi or you can do the whole outer loop which is 3 mi and you can take the ski trail if you want it to be less populated so many options.

a month agoSECLUDED GEM! It's nestled in, a Hidden animal refuge in the middle of the city with excellent programming and trails, all year round. Can't wait for the new education center.

5 months agoIt is a wonderfully maintained park with plenty of trails/routes. The trails are not paved, but they're flat so I would say it's relatively stroller friendly. It's a quiet and peaceful area with plenty of space to walk and jog!! And ample free parking!
