4 months agoWorse YMCA in the area. The front is not helpful. They always pawn off issues, questions or concerns to another branch and can’t even take the time to attempt to answer a question. Lazy people.

7 years agoThe guy working the counter this past Saturday is everything the YMCA is NOT. I absolutely did not feel welcome. I stopped in with a fellow member just to look at schedules for upcoming classes to see what we would want to go to. Immediately this guy was like you can't be here, you can't sit in the lobby. I explained to him we weren't planning on working out this particular day but regardless his initial approach shouldn't be so harsh and critical, especially when right in front of him was a sign saying everyone is welcome. I felt disrespected unwelcome and disappointed in the lack of service presented by this man. Im think we should just cancel the memberships, I'm sure other fitness facilities would appreciate our money a little better.

5 years agoReassured me that some day care When you are a single mother and you have to trust others with your kids sometime that can be hard a lot of doors will close lot of opportunities will be taking away off of the fear of the safety of your kids I don't know one day care that is perfect that you may not have to correct or go over things regarding the safety of your kids or how your kids should be treated and you want to reassure yourself that any situation or any incidents that may occur will be addressed as a single mother fighting for your gold with little to no support is literally walking on a thin line and I'm glad to say that I have had the support of Vanessa M and Anna spear any situation or problem I had they did their best to come to a positive solution allow everyone to understand that we are a team in to their best to hold everybody accountable and even when I felt like I had to go a step further with a couple of things they still been respectful understanding and has been on top of the previous issues in the other issues that I have had to make sure that the environment is safe and well put together and with teamwork a lot of things positive can happen so I think you ladies for not being judgmental an understanding and fear and not retaliating even when it seem like you in a line of fire so may the Lord bless them

6 years agoOK...it Is The YMCA ....but this place is in need of significant restoration. Large, loney locker rooms and hallways to (esp) the pool. I’m not buying “glamour” there...I just want consideration for upgrades and better informed staff. Every time I go there (to pay & renew) the-desk staffs obviously incompetent. If YMCA wants my attention and $$$ ...then get your act together!
