2 weeks agoI have been to the Zoo many times over 30 years, but not in likely over 10 since recent visit. A very dramatic change indeed. Drab indoor displays, forlorn and with little to look at...If we saw more than 10 animals likely an overstatement. Wow! Your child can feed two lettuce leaves for $4.00 to a giraffe although they are "running out" soon. Miss the Willie B days when worth going to...

2 months agoMy kids loved the zoo. It was tidy and interactive. The only thing that was a little upsetting is that the pandas are gone and alot of reptile exhibits had to be moved in doors because of the cool weather. ( I realize its not their fault because reptiles are cold blooded), but a sizeable section was not viewable for us. The petting zoo and play areas were great.

11 months agoSpent Mothers Day here and had a lovely time! Staff was great from walking in to leaving, very knowledgeable, and helpful with questions. It was very clean, which is amazing with a 13 month old that likes to be everywhere. Exhibits were beautiful, and the atmosphere was inviting and fun! Food was a little expensive I would recommend eating before you go but that is to be expected so I was not surprised. Loved the experience!

9 months agoGreat zoo and the exhibits are spread out enough to complete everything in 2-3 hours without any shows. Parking is roughly $12 for 3+ hours. The food area was nice, but we didn’t eat there.

a month agoThere is no way into the parking deck on the weekends. The lines are very long. People block traffic all down Boulevard and there are only sometimes people there to direct traffic. I called to report the issue today and was treated very unprofessionally by staff. They refused to do anything to assist. They knew who managed the deck and the number but refused to contact them. Just another business taking from people that live here and abusing the streets while they are at it. Understandable that they can’t control what everyone does but it should not take so long to get into the deck and there should be staff directing traffic on the weekends. Highly unprofessional and I won’t be going back because of this.
